Birdman

I'm liking birds more and more but after painting humans for several years the transition to painting some birds must be gradual.

Finished the messy

This is the finished painting, looks a little like a child or one of those angels that fly around in Christmastime.

This is one of the paintings I'm currently working on that might have potential to be a finished painting.

Lines

Gentleman with nice lines.
In this painting i tried to concentrate more on the lines and the fields. It is a much cleaner painting than i usually like and some would say that it lacks in depth and I would probably agree but something in it makes me like it. Maybe just because it is easier to rest my eyes on than the usual blurr of paint.

opposites attract

One of my latest paintings. I'm very happy with this one, got some motions and emotions in it. I finally let go of things and painted over two of the three paintings I've been working on the last week and it is just lovely to kill them to give birth to something I like.

 These are the ones I managed to come up with, all in a days work which is pretty good for me since I'm not a fast painter and not used to get as many hours at a time to paint.
