Due to some illness from  my and my daughters part it took a little longer to get this painting done but here it is.

I'm pleased with how this one is coming out. I do have some small work left on it but much of it is done.

I struggled with this a little bit, it looks kind of different than my usual paintings. I've done a whole lot of layers of paint until I got satisfied.

It is so fucking cold here that even my paintings gets rednose. This transparent hardly existing being needs a stark contrast to the background to even be visible. Thin as air, melting in to the rest. Keep your head low, don't stand out and everything will be nice and calm.

This stone hard worker man is now all done, filled with secrets and darkness even when he has been so nice and put on some make up.
There is some glitter in the picture from the varnish witch I'm not all that happy with.

This is the first time in a while now that I've made a painting without using a palette knife. Looks a little bit dark but I believe that it looks lighter in reality. I'm happy with how this one is coming out but there is still time to mess it all up i guess.

Done deal. I tried out a new varnish which i liked better than the old one. I felt bored and annoyed when i did this, to me it shows in the finished painting.

This one is slowly coming along, I haven't painted over it and started over yet.

12 The long and irritating way to a decent painting when my creativity seems to have gone a way for a hollyday. Or a recipie for bad sleep.

Start out with a halfass freehand sketch directly at the canvas

Convince yourself that it might be nice when the shadows are in place

 It only needs some more colours and it actually starts to look OK

Start doubting your decision of leaving the eyes white and paint in the eyes. Get mad at yourself and spray over the eyes with shock red. "It might look cool and if you don't do it you will never know"

Now you know and it didn't look cool. Paint the whole thing over with White and start over.

The latest painting I'm done with.
Lately I've been thinking more about my pictures and I've realised that almost none of the faces is expressing anything, and if they are it's not much.But some how I manage to feel something from them anyway. They are all having their secrets but most of the time I think I can tell what they are.

Sometimes when I paint i feel too uptight. Working too hard at details. I did this painting carrying that feeling from previous projects. A let loos canvas to to speek.

Finished painting based on the sketch I posted earlier.

Sometimes it's hard to know when a painting is done, this one has been standing for a couple of days with some small alterations.

This is also one of the paintings i've sold reasonly. Also one of many suspects of the jack the ripper murders. Tha gentlemen where so cool looking back then, always hats and crisp jackets.

Charcoal sketch of one of the paintings i'm currently working on. This week i'm way to busy so I don't seem to find enough time to paint to the extent i'd like to. Things are looking better on that department in a near future.

Another more recent selfportrait of my gorgeous face. I'm actually very happy with how this one turned out. My wife loved it and forbid me to sell it or give it away because she wanted it for her 30 th birthday. It's hers now but i´ll probably need to buy her another gift anyway.

This looks like Prince Valiants evil and depraved brother, and maybe he was. He's childish but mean face is just as pretty as ugly, a rare look to sport.
