Sketches

I did some loose sketches, ripped them up and made some new faces of some of the pieces, these are now in the process of becoming paintings.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I've been having some problems to log in to my account together with a long period of paintings going straight to the trash or being overpainted. Now it feels as if I'm back on track and some new paintings is in their final stages and will soon pop up here. This bad case of paintersblock I'm so exited to say was fixed by me starting to paint with oilcolours. I just love it.

Now the week of showing my painting is over. It was a great experience and I feel that the exhibition went well. The opening night was to me a success thanks to all the lovely people who took time and came to the gallery. You are all great!

Crook with style

This bird is known for stealing and it is said it has got an appetite for silver objects. It is also known for building huge nests and taking over trees. It has more than one feature in common with your ordinary street artist. 

This crook is one of many paintings that so far has gotten a new home from the "Farozon" exhibition.

This is one of the small paintings I've been working on for my upcoming show, there will be at least four of them that will be sold for 500 SEK. They all measure 18 x 24 cm. I haven't painted this small before and it was a buch of fun. Same techniques as always, spray cans, palette knife and mostly bigger brushes and some posca-pens.

Suck-sess

Maybe a boring and tiresome topic but to me it's funny, Now I can only hope that I won't be a famous painter because then this painting will make me the laughingstock.

Working..

This is one of the three paintings I'm currently working on, the other two is nearly done so no need posting until they are completely done. The rooster is my next step into birdville.

Dark and light

Now I believe that I'm done with this one, in some lights it looks kind of hard in the colours but I think that it has to be that way. One of few female faces I've completed. I think that my faces aren't pretty and i think girls are that is probably the reason.

Birdman

I'm liking birds more and more but after painting humans for several years the transition to painting some birds must be gradual.

Finished the messy

This is the finished painting, looks a little like a child or one of those angels that fly around in Christmastime.

This is one of the paintings I'm currently working on that might have potential to be a finished painting.

Lines

Gentleman with nice lines.
In this painting i tried to concentrate more on the lines and the fields. It is a much cleaner painting than i usually like and some would say that it lacks in depth and I would probably agree but something in it makes me like it. Maybe just because it is easier to rest my eyes on than the usual blurr of paint.

opposites attract

One of my latest paintings. I'm very happy with this one, got some motions and emotions in it. I finally let go of things and painted over two of the three paintings I've been working on the last week and it is just lovely to kill them to give birth to something I like.
